Welcome to edgelv.com (the “Site”). Please read these terms carefully. They form a legal agreement between you and edgelv. By accessing or using the Site you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, please stop using the Site.

The Site provides mathematical and statistical tools for casino games, including a house-edge calculator, risk-of-ruin calculator, betting-system simulator, road-pattern derivation and testing, and AI Ultra / Lives educational demos (statistical display built from historical samples).

All calculations rest on published mathematics and our own historical samples. The Site does not predict the outcome of any hand, gives no betting advice, promises no profit, and represents no casino, platform, or betting service.

To avoid doubt: the Site offers no real-money wagering, places no bets on your behalf, and is not affiliated with any gambling platform. It does not predict the outcome of any hand, dice roll, wheel spin, or number. Nothing here is a recommendation to place a bet.

The Site is for people aged 18 or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher.

Every tool on the Site works fully without an account. An account is optional and only stores your saved work and unlocks the full AI educational demo.

Registration requires a valid email and a password of your choosing. Passwords are stored one-way hashed; we never see your actual password. Keep your password safe. Do not share your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend or close an account used for abuse. You can request deletion of your account and all data from “My account” at any time.

We currently offer the following tiers:

• Lives — an extended educational pack for long-term learners (the 92.7% figure is a backtested historical hit rate, not a promise of future performance)

All tiers are information services. They deliver AI readouts and historical-sample demos and involve no real-money wagering, no payout, and no return guarantee.

Once a payment is successful and the service is activated, you cannot cancel the transaction, request a prorated refund, or recover the paid amount for personal reasons (not using the service, dissatisfaction, accidental purchase, duplicate purchase, forgetting to cancel, or results not meeting your expectation) — unless a refund is mandatory by law or otherwise stated in these terms.

If a duplicate charge occurs, payment succeeds but the service is not activated, the service has a material defect attributable to the Site, or any other situation where the law does not allow us to exclude cancellation, termination, refund, or damages, we will handle it in line with the relevant law.

You may use the tools freely for personal research, study, and citation (please credit “edgelv.com”).

You may not scrape the Site at a rate that degrades it for others; repackage any AI readout as a paid “prediction service”, “VIP signal”, or “copy-trading plan”; imply the Site endorses your betting method, product, or service; redistribute readouts for commercial gain; circumvent IP throttling, sign-up protection, or trial limits; or use the Site for any activity that is illegal where you are.

The text, code, figures, design, calculation methods, AI-model readouts, and demo samples on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and related rights. Public mathematical facts — probabilities, house-edge figures, statistical distributions — are not.

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or security. We work hard to keep the math right but do not warrant the service is uninterrupted or error-free.

Gambling carries financial risk and can be addictive. The existence of this Site is not encouragement to gamble. Gambling is restricted or unlawful in some jurisdictions; judging its legality where you are, and bearing the consequences, is your responsibility.

We may suspend or terminate your account for good reason, including breach of these terms or legal requirement.

These terms are governed by the law of the place where the Site’s operating entity is registered. Disputes should first be settled by good-faith discussion; if that fails, they will be submitted to the competent court at the place of registration.
